Refund policy

TWELVE KAY BIJOU will only issue refunds on certain damaged or defective items. Photos of items are to be emailed to jessika@twelvekaybijou.us with order number. Items must be reported damaged or defective within three (3) days of delivery date and time. No refunds will be issued after three days.
