Shipping policy

For current collections, all items are guaranteed to ship no later than two (2) business days from purchase. Current collections are released monthly and are featured on the main page of http://www.twelvekaybijou.us. Current collections will continue to be available for purchase until all items are sold out. Once all items are sold, depending on the discretion of Jessika, the items of a current collection may be restocked. Collections are not guaranteed to be restocked. 

If purchases are made during a restock or you purchase an item from a past collection, your items will not ship until three (3) weeks from your purchase date. For questions and concerns about orders and shipping information, please email: jessika@twelvekaybijou.us
